INSTALLATION LABOUR:
Electrical Contractors Hourly Rate Per Person Plus VAT £30
Fibaro* Installation Hourly Rate Per Person Plus VAT £30
Control 4* Installation Hourly Rate Per Person Plus VAT £30
Bang & Olufsen* Installation Hourly Rate Per Person Plus VAT £40
Crestron* Installation Hourly Rate Per Person Plus VAT £40
Lutron* Installation Hourly Rate Per Person Plus VAT £40
* Does NOT include Programming, see Programming section below for fees.
SERVICE ENGINEERS:
Call out Fee: £50 inc first 15mins per person plus VAT
Labour: £40 per hour per person billed in 15min intervals and rounded up to the nearest 15mins Plus Materials. E.&.O.E. plus VAT
Quotations for works £50 per person plus VAT
Quotations inc Call Out £90 per person plus VAT
PROGRAMMING:
Fibaro Programming Per Day £300 plus VAT
Control 4 Programming Per Day £400 plus VAT
Lutron Programming Per Day £500 plus VAT
Crestron Programming Per Day £850 plus VAT
Bang & Olufsen Programming Per Day £850 plus VAT
All programming is billed in half-day intervals.
MATERIALS:
Materials are billed as per consumption plus VAT E.&.O.E.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We do not offer a credit facility, therefore payment is due by BACS as per the date on our invoice. Invoices where possible are raised weekly, what ever the stage of the projects we are involved in.
Late payments will be subject to a 5% interest charge per month and will be passed onto our debt recovery solicitors should payments not be made.

Whilst we endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our written estimates, all prices supplied are estimates only and are strictly E.&.O.E.
